Shipping Policy

RKP Thangamaligai is committed to providing secure and reliable shipping for all purchases made within the geographical boundaries of India. Our operations team and logistics partners ensure that deliveries are made accurately, in perfect condition, and within the promised timeframe. Currently, our delivery service is available in selected towns and cities. However, upon customer request and with an additional shipping charge, we can arrange deliveries to other cities or remote areas. In certain locations, customers may need to collect their shipments from the nearest courier office. Please confirm the delivery details with rkp.thangamaligai.com before placing an order. Customers must provide their full name (as per official identification proof), complete address, and contact number. The recipient’s identity will be verified using government-approved ID proof upon delivery.

Delivery Schedule

RKP Thangamaligai strives to deliver orders within 7 to 21 working days, subject to product availability (Refer to the ‘Product Availability’ section). Some orders may require additional time for procurement or customization, potentially exceeding the standard 7 to 21 working days. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed about the revised timeline. Delivery timelines are also subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping partner or courier service. Any inaccuracies in the recipient’s name, address, or availability during delivery may result in non-delivery. The estimated delivery duration mentioned in our Terms and Conditions begins from the dispatch date and is for reference only. Processing of orders for shipping will only commence after bank approval of the provided credit/debit card details.

Shipment Procedure

Shipments will be delivered only to the specified delivery address confirmed by the customer. Customers may update their delivery address multiple times before the order is processed for shipment. However, once the order is processed, neither the recipient’s name nor the delivery address can be modified. Multiple items ordered for a single delivery address will be consolidated and shipped as a single package.

For gift shipments, the recipient must provide valid government-approved identification proof upon delivery. The recipient’s signature will be considered an acknowledgment and verification of receipt.

Our support team may contact customers to confirm their address and availability before dispatching the shipment. Customers can track their shipments by checking with the assigned courier partner. RKP Thangamaligai is not responsible for any delays caused by courier agencies or statutory clearance procedures during the delivery process.
